Despite my obtaining a restraining order as a result of these threats and harassment, B.Ç. violated the law 5 times and physically assaulted me in the restaurant inside the Equestrian Sports Club, where I passed and was a member, again in order to get away from him. In addition, he continued to harass me by learning where I was, and came to my workplace and then to my house, again in violation of the law. In the face of all these actions, I applied to the prosecutor's office with the camera footage and requested more serious measures to be taken through my lawyers. Again today, on 11.04.2025, I was openly and severely punched and beaten by Berk Çetin in the restaurant of the sports club I am a member of, within the view of the security cameras. I applied to the Domestic Affairs Bureau again with the assault report I received from Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital.
