All Captains Urge Nation To Support PSL 10

 


The captains of all six franchises participating in the landmark 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League came together in a spirited press conference, calling on the Pakistani nation and global cricket fans to back the country’s Premier T20 Tournament.

The joint media appearance, held in Islamabad, was marked by unity, pride, and a collective appeal for nationwide support.

The press event was also attended by PSL CEO Salman Naseer, who shared key updates about this year’s edition, including the introduction of Urdu commentary and cutting-edge technology, promising an elevated experience for cricket enthusiasts.

Shaheen Shah Afridi, Captain Of Lahore Qalandars, emphasized the significance of the league’s 10-year milestone. He lauded the league’s role in unearthing talent and added, "our goal remains to produce fresh players for the national team. Regardless of past ups and downs, we’re entering the tournament with renewed energy and intent."

Babar Azam, leading Peshawar Zalmi said that all teams are well-balanced and aiming for the title. We've built our squad keeping the conditions in mind and worked hard to overcome past mistakes.

Mohammad Rizwan, the ever-composed skipper of Multan Sultans, acknowledged the love and expectations of the Pakistani public.

Shadab Khan, Captain of Islamabad United, praised the loyalty of Rawalpindi fans, saying, the crowd here always backs us. We hope for some exciting and competitive games this season.

Hasan Ali, representing Karachi Kings, pointed out a key tactical aspect. Powerplay performance often sets the tone in T20s. Fortunately, we have some great fast bowlers, and the squad environment is excellent. We’re confident the fans will enjoy our brand of cricket.

Saud Shakeel, leading Quetta Gladiators, shared that his team has addressed its shortcomings.
